AKC Friday Night in Rogersville, Tenn.

It’s really great to visit old friends and that’s what it was like last night when I visited the Three Springs Club in Rogersville, Tenn., for their two-hour AKC event. The night was of the kind a coonhunter really looks forward to with excellent hunting conditions.
When the final cast came in all cast winners had scored plus points, giving each of them a cast win toward their Nite Champion title, a cast win in the State and Breed race and qualification for the half price entry for this year's World Championship. The cast winners were as follows.
Cast Winner— Hardwood Frost owned by Don Linkous and handled by Louis Linkous. Frost is a Treeing Walker male and he had a score of 25 plus
Cast Winne r – Templeton’s Flaming Jane owned by Eugene Templeton. Jane is a Treeing Walker female and she had a score of 25 plus
Cast Winner — Tar Heel Babe owned by Kyle Chase and handled by Ralph Lawson, Jr. Babe is a Treeing Walker female and she had a score of 925 plus
The Rogersville club will be hosting another AKC event at the end of the month so if you are in the area put this event on your calendar.
Thanks to the club for putting on a very good event.
