I'm happy to report that I'm now back at work and am looking forward to hearing from you. I can be reached by phone at 919-816-3910 between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM Eastern Daylight Savings Time and by email any time at sff@akc.org.
I deeply appreciate all the cards, calls, flowers, and the genuine concern I've received over the last 7 weeks. Just knowing you were thinking about me helped me to heal so much faster. I am doing fine and everything is progressing right on time.
I also want to thank the wonderful Coonhound Events Management Team; Caroline, Jerry, Lyndell, and Jimmy that performed expertly in my absence. There's none better in the sport.
And, I want to thank the Board of Directors and the Executive Staff at AKC for all their support and encouragement in my absence. These folks are truly wonderful people for which to work.
We are now gearing up for the AKC Saluda Coon Dog Days and the AKC Heartland Classic, both of which will be held in July and we look forward to seeing you at these exciting coonhound events!
