This form is to be used if you would like to enroll your litter and or your pup into the new AKC Supreme Breeders Club.

This form is to be used if you would like to enroll your sire into the new AKC Supreme Breeders Club.

2009-2010 Schedule of Advertising Deadlines for American Cooner Magazine
Please refer to this schedule when planning your club’s events dates. Event applications must be received by the deadline in order to be published. All approved dates must be published in American Cooner Magazine.

Grandfather Judging Appication This form is for individuals who are already judges with PKC or UKC and would like to be grandfathered in as an AKC Show Judge or Hunt Director.

Registration Forms

ADFSS2 FSS Coonhound Registration Application This form is used to apply for AKC registration of your coonhound (except Plotts *see below) coming in from another registry. You will need to attach a copy of your dog's 3 generation pedigree.
ADOPEN Open Registration Form This form is used to register Plotts & Black and Tans coming in from another registry. You will need to attach a copy of your dog's 3 generation pedigree and certificate. Black and Tans are required to have UKC Purple Ribbon Pedigrees.
ALITTA Litter Application for Plotts & Black and Tans This form is used to register Plott & Black and Tan litters ONLY. If you would like to complete this application electronically online please Click Here
AL9999 FSS Litter Application Form This form is used to register Coonhound Litters.
AXFSS1 FSS Supplement Transfer Form This form is used when a dog has been transfered more than once after the last known recorded owner. This is needed to prove chain of title on the dog.
FLAT KENNEL FEE FORM This form is used when an owner would like to receive the discounted registration fee. Offer available only until Dec. 31, 2009. The owner must have a minimum of 5 dogs at least 1 years old to receive discounted rate.
